ZMB900 Industrial Loaf & Tin Bread Production Line



Industrial laminating and pastry bread production line 3D diagram. Modular 800mm Stress-Free Bakery Line for Large-Scale Sandwich Bread Manufacturing



This industrial bread production line is a highly automated, heavy-duty processing system designed for commercial bakeries to manufacture high-quality tin bread, toast loaves, and sandwich bread. Featuring a standardized 800mm table width, this modular bakery line offers the flexibility to be freely assembled with various make-up accessories, allowing producers to handle diverse dough types and produce multiple bread shapes on a single integrated platform.


  • High Automation & Customization: The full line integrates an automated dough band pressing system, a flexible bread make-up line, and a customized automatic panning machine tailored to fit specific baking trays or tin sizes.

  • Multiroller Progressive Reduction: Equipped with 3 to 6 sets of specialized multirollers (satellite rolling heads), the line reduces the dough block into a continuous dough band progressively, avoiding stress and protecting the gluten matrix.

  • Laminating & Dough Conditioning: Integrated with dual laminating devices and feeding & folding systems, which can handle complex dough structures, ensuring uniform crumb texture for premium loaves.

  • Full-Line Turnkey Integration: For complete factory automation, industrial cooling and proofing tunnels can be seamlessly integrated into the conveyor system, transforming the setup into a fully automatic, continuous bread plant.


   Continuous uniform dough band exiting the sheet forming device, maintaining consistent dough structure without gluten stretching.          Calibrated dough sheet reaching targeted thickness after passing through sequential multirollers and double-roll gauging devices.





Complete Industrial Working Process


This line streamlines loaf production through a highly synchronized, automated mechanical sequence:

  1. Dough Mixing & Bulk Feeding: After primary mixing, large dough batches are loaded into the cutting hopper (dough block cut hopper).

  2. Dough Band Forming: An elevating conveyor transfers the portioned dough blocks into the dough band forming device to establish a seamless, uniform dough sheet.

  3. Multi-Stage Thickness Calibration: The continuous dough sheet passes through progressive multi-roll devices (including double-roll devices and multirollers) and flour dusters to achieve the exact calibrated thickness without tearing.

  4. Dough Band Dividing & Slitting: The processed dough band undergoes precise longitudinal dividing on the cutter platform based on product specifications.

  5. Moulding & Make-Up: Specialized bread make-up accessories roll, shape, or layer the divided dough bands into targeted loaf configurations.

  6. Automated Panning Machine: The final formed loaf pieces are smoothly deposited into baking tins or trays via the servo-controlled panning system, ready for the proofing and baking stages.
